Stuck in same company for 7 years without growth, working in production support without skilling in latest technologies. Started learning React and want to shift on React frontend path. Again, stuck at resume building i dont know how to incorporate react into the projects i have worked. Can anyone send me (n4bryqzp@duck.com) React resume for reference?

Don't do it. Two masters, and one is a client that it's very hard to say, "Sorry, got urgent law firm client work to do!" Push for FT secondment!
It’s terrible — do not do this
I did it, don’t.

A part-time secondment is the same as a full-time secondment, except you’re working for/at the client half the time. The other half of your time is spent doing firm work. So assuming you bill 40 hours a week, 20 hours will be billed doing firm work and 20 hours will be billed doing secondment work. It’s no different than billable work as you’re billing to your secondment client/matter number. Every firm and their part-time secondment arrangement is different. So, you’ll need to get logistical specifics from your firm.
I’m currently on a part-time secondment and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Yes, it’s tough because it can sometimes feel like two full-time jobs. But I think being a good communicator and having good relationships with the partners at your firm helps because they’ll likely be more understanding when you aren’t as responsive and have to push back on deadlines/new work.
Also, if you’re unsure about going in-house or staying at a firm, doing a part-time secondment can help with your decision making process. Obviously doing a FT secondment is the preferred route, but I don’t think it’s as bad as some make it seem. It also helps if you like the work at the secondment and the people you work with. Feel free to DM if you have any additional questions.
This literally sounds awful. Answering to two different people and working more than usual. Horrific.
