Husband is doing well in his career, my son is thriving in school...Im still struggling to find a work place that i like. I been at my current employer for a year and to say the least i feel under utilized, undermined , only hired for my "optics" ( only minority in the team.. literally introduced once as the Puerto Rican HR lady). At first I thought some of the red flags was due to me being the new team member... but its gotten worst.... I want out... I have applied and interviewed. No luck yet

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. Should I try to negotiate a raise or look for other opportunities?
If I should negotiate, any tips?

I am a Product Owner with 6 yoe and a mother of newly born. My current package is 12lpa and average 11-12 hrs working with work from office for 7-8 hrs, remaining calls/work from home. In such scenario taking care of the baby has become very challenging.
I have been considering job switch for a while but have lots of doubt in my mind. Will a new mother be hired? Working 12 hrs will only ensure good package? If i insist on work life balance, will it affect the package? Thoughts plz

Have people received inflationary raises? My dad received a letter stating that they’re giving him a 6.5% raise + a one time lump sum of $750 bc of inflation, retroactive to July 1st. He works for a university and is part of a union. Kind of feel like my company is being shady because I work in CRE & we do raises + bonuses in February which was when I was planning to ask for an inflationary raise. But I feel like a lot of companies have done this without having their employees ask?

How much hike should I expect considering that I joined in june starting in ccb on applied ai/ml role?
Facebook wants me to interview for a much lower title than what I currently have at Google. "Without 5 years of experience, your chances are slim for this position" is what they said when I applied. Do they really think that is supposed to entice anyone?

How is the transition from auditing work in PA to actually performing the work in industry as a staff accountant? Check the placemats on the intranet for the targets. 88% is solid though.
It's about getting a quality work product out, not hours worked.
My group target is like 75% billable for staff per the placemat, but that sounds low. I also feel weird because I almost never work more than 50ish hours a week, but I hear about others working 60-70, so maybe my group is just laid back as hell.
