The family leave portion is 16 weeks and applies to mom, dad, adopting parents, etc. an additional 6 weeks for vaginal birth and 8 weeks for c-section.

For core practitioners it’s 16 weeks, and you can grab some more paid leave if you gave birth I believe.
Some talent models it’s 8(?) weeks.
Depends on your talent model
For traditional, it is about 6 months. For other models, this varies.
IIRC, for PDM it is 2 weeks. 16 is for Core.
