Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. I assume you're working on your MBA currently?
Have you gotten an internship yet?
Sorry. There is no fast way anymore. 10+ years of 8a-11p monday-Thursday, Friday busy, and some weekend work. And you’ll get pretty close. That’s assuming u don’t change firms or service lines, and everyone likes you
Life happens. There is no best or fastest way. You don’t even know if after the first two years, if you are going to remain in consulting. Too many variables to account for when you are still a senior in school
Focus on the company, then on the type of work. Work like a rockstar. Network. Focus on these things
I’m a rising senior at undergrad. I just want to be prepared earlier on. Thank you!
And it's very political so get sponsorship.
What’s the best way to have someone to sponsor you? Is there a method to that?
Sponsor is a vague, and definitely not 1 person. Basically, you need everyone to like you to move up in consulting. Or it will take you twice as long to hit partner. When you are a sr. manager you’ll actually need some sponsorship from your practice.
