Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)
I have an offer with Capita plc for 22 LPA for 5 yoe.
It's complete WFH.
Tech stack is spring boot and microservices.
Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?
Thanks in advance.
Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.
So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

Pay: sourcing usually a lil less but not always
Duties: Recruiters manage the full recruitment cycle, stakeholder mgmt, offers etc while also usually sourcing. Sourcer typically focuses on reaching out to passive candidates to build funnel for the role. May also take the first call with the candidate.
Hours: usually both the same - sourcing can be done at any time of day but you want to send your outreaches at a good time for the prospect to see it. Maybe more flex in sourcing.
WLB: Recruiter is slightly more demanding being a candidate and stakeholder facing role.
Should be around the same if Sourcing has KPIs and Metrics built. Recruiters carry more of the risk because they are responsible for offers and time to fill. However, Sourcing can manage equal risk if they are responsible for the top of the recruiting funnel, and held to it by KPIs. I’ve hired for both, and both seem to pay the same.
