I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Entry level is entry level.
What is your value add as an entry level “consultant”, all you’ve done is read some text books so I struggle to see what a new hire would bring to the table. With no real world experience. Be grateful not greedy,
Manager 1 is just jealous. Reading textbooks is a lot of entry level jobs, actuaries read formula text books and make bank. Consulting is also value add to companies so they pay more for it than audit or tax. Ask what you think you should get and don't listen to people like manager 1.
If entry level is entry level why do I know people making anywhere from 35k-95k straight out of college
That’s the same as big4 audit there. Agreed on being low
No this is the best for col grads.
^thats true but consulting is consulting, not audit or tax
Manager 1 - I am grateful to have a job. Don’t call me greedy when the system is designed to confuse and screw people over. The way US companies brainwash people to think talking about pay is bad is a huge problem. Plus I’m just trying to find out what other firms start at. Your argument would be a different post. Way to derail the topic, but I guess that what managers do.
Colleague grad, what are you looking for?
Ey3 - I’m just trying to understand the market. I recently overheard another associate leaving to another firm entry level for $75k. Entry level is entry level, but $10k is $10k.
Always test the water yourself and go for the best, OP. Good luck!
Thank you EY3
Entry level with EY TAP was close to 70k in Chicago so yeah there’s market. Do what’s the best for you op.
Entry level is not entry level. You’re telling me a cybersecurity consultant should be making the same as a someone in advertising at entry level? Don’t kid yourself
I think Deloitte Advisory cybersecurity in similar COL is starting around $70k with signing bonus
OP, the answer is it depends. I'm in a midwest office (not chicago) and our EL associates are at 60, 68, and 70. It depends what experience / internships you have.
Side note if you're interested in cyber at RSM you should consider looking into the Cleveland East office. They were an acquisition but those guys seem pretty solid and the whole office is focused only on cyber.
