What is the proper etiquette in transitioning to client side?
I see an job opening on my client’s parent company that I would be a great fit for, but obviously don’t want to mention to my agnecy until I have an offer in hand. I’m sure it will come up in the interview that I am familiar with the companies products/industry as I have worked with their brand before. How do I tactfully go about this?

I have a job interview today that I’m actually nervous about. That’s a good sign right? All my other ones I was dreading or just wanted to skip. I’ve only been jobless for 2 weeks - I would like more time, but this is a company and boss that we’ve been dancing around each other for about a year. I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. What are some things recruiters expect from candidates in this situation to continue considering them?

I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?

I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released?
