What is the salary range for a Valuation Manager / Sr. Manger / Vice President at KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and Houlihan Lokey?

Being promoted to Director of Sales Development at my current company. Based in Toronto.

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.

I personally know a few SDR managers that make more. Am I being lowballed? I don’t want to come off as sounding ungrateful for the promotion.
