Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. Sizable firm, good team, very low pay, okay wlb, been here for a year and working for 4 years in total, was sales/ small firm analyst before. Does anyone use a brokerage account instead of a checking account? Mine offers a fee free debit/atm card and free checks which I'd rarely use but starting to question whether it is worth maintaining my "big bank" checking account that requires a $1500 minimum balance.

I joined a new company recently, there PF migration is in progress from Trust based to Govt Based.

I got salary today. In the payslip the PF number mentioned is different from what I can see in the EPFO portal.

Is this something to worry about?
