What is the typical wait time for quarterly bonus (2Q) based on billable hours at a small/mid size litigation firm? I don’t want to hound them about it but I also need real expectations if they expect me to bust my ass again for 3Q.

I’m at a 70 attorney regional lit firm, and bonuses only go out once in October or November. We don’t have a quarterly bonus model. I think most small/mid firms don’t as well but I’m just pulling that out of my ass. Interested to see other comments.

The quarterly bonus model is a nice setup. This is my first stab at it though. I’m anxious to see how it works.

Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Best place to get pre-qualified for a mortgage?

I have some collections on my credit report. One from an electric company for $800 (imo they violated terms of contract and sent me to collections in spite of their fuck up), and an apartment for $80~ that charged me a cleaning fee when my apartment was spotless.

Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?
