I have an interview with them for an associate manager role but they're saying starting salary is 75K which is fairly low for a role that requires 5+ years of experience and reports directly to the AVP, any idea what I could potentially negotiate to? Also what's the hybrid work policy at CTC and any idea on potential changes to it?

Got the offer letter yesterday. Recruitment team agreed in 15 pct bonus on fixed pay. But offer letter does not have any mention of that.

I see a lot of posts about only changing jobs if there's a big raise. I jumped out of consulting into a job that pays the same amount, but has way better WLB, culture, and other benefits. I was just not happy at my old job and I don't regret the switch. If you're not happy, it's ok to move without the change being all about a huge salary jump. TCS offered me a Data Engineer Profile with usual hike, will be getting around (3.75).
