Personally, I currently eat 5 slices of bacon & 5 eggs. I know this isn't sustainable and would like to hear more ideas and suggestion from this beautiful community.

How do you take that on the go?! That reminds me, earlier this week, I saw someone eating pancakes in the car on their morning commute! Lol. I'd spill it all over myself and then have to go back and change. I mean, at least you're eating breakfast. I talk myself out of it for reasons just like this and then find myself on here asking people what they eat for breakfast lol

A protein bar or protein shake. My favorites are barebell bars or Fairlife shakes.

like

A granola bar and a cup of coffee. I've been buying protein bars to help get me through until lunchtime, but I don't feel super hungry in the morning. I've considered doing protein shakes, but I'm afraid it would be too time-consuming. That's probably just in my imagination, though.

Those are decent ideas and would probably be better than nothing, which I currently have for breakfast - well, I drink a Dr. Pepper most mornings, but I'm ashamed to admit it...

Routine is wake up, go to the freezer, grab a frozen burrito from there and pop in microwave for 90 seconds. Go to bathroom, shower/brush teeth, etc for 15 - 20 mins. Come back to burrito and by time I am back it is room temp / slightly warm and can be devoured in about 4 bites. 3-400 calories of high protein breakfast in less than a minute of eating time.

I think they cost like 2.50 per burrito. I also have a caffeine V8 with it as well to get some fruits and veggies but also caffeine to start my day.

Energy V8 that I drink like a shot and microwave sausage biscuits (small snack size). Allows me to eat and work/move around.

My pie day pie (belated!) Ina Garten’s chocolate banana cream recipe. My first time ever making a pudding. I have to say it was amazing to go from muttering “oh shit” for a solid 20 minutes of mixing the eggs/milk too aggressively into a foam and finally seeing it condense into pudding. Deffo recommend trying it!
