Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation
Hello Fishes,
I have got an offer at Wells Fargo for the role Technology Business Systems Consultant and my total YOE is 4.8 into Testing (Manual and Automation)
Is this role relevant to my experience or is it a role for much experienced person than me?
Any idea or information that what is the pay usually offered for this position?
Please provide your thoughts and suggest whether I should change 1. My role or 2. Request for more pay
Thanks in Advance!Wells Fargo

CAPM-certified Sr. PM with five years direct PM experience, eight years total at current company. LSS Green Belt. Sitting for PMP in 1Q 2024. Salary is offensively low - $64KUS, which is why I'm currently looking.
Very low! I have 4 years’ PM experience, no PMI certs, and started at $93k in the Midwest. Also LSS Green Belt certified! Get your PMP and search for jobs that pay $100k. Potentially move if your cost of living where you’re at now is high
Mine is about the same - 2 years in project management with 10 years military background
I have close to 20 years of project management experience across manufacturing (9 years) and tech (11 years). I started at $100K and in the last 7 years have gotten up to $190K salary with $230K total package as a Principle PM. Quite happily took a pay cut when I changed jobs recently and am at $170K but with RSU package that vests quarterly next year for an additional $98K in 2024.
