I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

How much actual court experience should a junior litigator expect to get in the first year? I've been my firm 6 months as a civil litigator not and have yet to go to a hearing. There have been a few (all relatively minor) but each time the partner tells me it's not important enough for me to attend. As a junior, I feel like I need to learn and no hearing is to minor. Just joined a firm where they had appeared to be expanding their corporate group and kept seniors fairly happy. I come on my first day and find out those seniors have left for v10 firms, leaving me much closer to the fire than I expected.
