Partner (has CPA) - yes
Principal (no CPA) - yes
Managing Director (like partner/principal)-no
Director - no
Manager - no
Senior Associate - no
Associate - YES!!! (ha, ya right, F no!)
No they are not. Level below Principal. But I’m sure a McK Director can get to that within 2-3 years.

The same as an AP for you.
Youll be overseeing multiple projects in an industry or functionality. That includes final recommendations, steering, and developing client relationships to sell.

Directors hold no equity (at least in Canada). They are a glorified senior manager and may have direct project leadership responsibility or (more commonly) project oversight. In smaller offices, they serve the same purpose on a project as the partner.

What’s with the MBB folks talking about existing to other consulting firms? Is some kind of shift afoot? I typically see MBB people exit to industry and not look back.
