I am a firm believer that your products are the only thing that will bring customers back. No email marketing or text message is going to make them come back without a solid product to back it up.
Customers usually leave for 2 reasons. They found a better product/service or they don't need your services anymore. Analyze the reason and implement a strategy to win them back. For instance, giving discounts to those at risk of leaving has helped us.
