What tips you you have for a person that’s trying to obtain a role in healthcare leadership. I have clinical and administrative experience and find that I am either over qualified for roles that are beneath management/supervisor level. During interviews I always ask for feedback and they say I did well and they want someone with leadership and experience with budgets. The lower level admin positions does not provide those skills and I even went to my manager and asked if I can take on things.

How many skills do you list on your resume? Trying to cut the 20+ ones I have now down to 3, but not sure if this is enough.

Recruiter specified this is a functional consultant role (not strategy), so I shouldn't anticipate a case study. I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening.
