EY appeared to be ahead of all other Big4 based on offers I received. PWC just caught up with the pack.

Pwc1 is right on this one
Oh wait I’m sure you didn’t receive all the Thank you emails written with such sweat shed from leadership to recognize all our hard work 😉
You’re right .. PWC just likes to schedule hour long calls to “thank us” and provide us with no useful information…
Anyone from PwC Deals (or Strat&) confirm they got an additional raise on top of the 5%?
Chief
Keep in mind 5% is relative. If you were making $90k at PwC and they gave you a 5% raise, you’d still be making more at EY if you’re making $120k. They’re on a cohort model, they all get underpaid together. Same with D. These companies aren’t proactively giving out raises, they are catching up. I’ve personally experienced this the last 2 years. PwC and D don’t pay. EY does. (And ACN REALLY pays). If you are unhappy with your current comp, go apply to a competitor and see if they even match your salary. I just applied to boomerang to D and got offered $20k less than what I make now. But as always experienced hires make money while home growns wait around forever for a “mid year raise” that will never come
5% but I'm in Advisory
Nada!
Accenture did 25%. Heard strategy aligned folks got even more.
Is that base pay increase or bonus? Also, is this mid-year or year end for Accenture. Regardless, it’s amazing! Congratulations
