Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

1, 2-3, and 4 all seem like 3 different jobs.
Sounds like a Chief Product Officer. Unless it’s manage all reporting to the CEO. Could be a hybrid role, COO with direct oversight of products.
Yeah that’s prob makes the most sense. Vendors business analysts dont like “project manager” in requirements/discovery meetings
Program Manager seems like the right title.
1 and 2 are clearly Program Manager responsibilities. Our Program Managers do this across the entire company / team etc.
3 I’d want to understand what delivery execution is. Are you tracking bugs / user concerns and feedback to the team and then getting updates / making sure the task ships on time?
4 seems iffy but again depends on what you’re doing - are you negotiating contract terms and pricing, or making sure that the vendor delivers on what was agreed upon?
I don’t think Product is the right title unless you’re the one working directly with Marketing / Sales / DS to make decisions and change product roadmap. What happens if an item slips? Are you the direct POC that will need to decide what to reprioritize or do you surface to someone else?
3 tracking everything including validation/bugs. I work with product, marketing, Ops, finance, etc. on all their requirements and prioritizes them at function level then holistically
I get the sense that you want a Product title. Let me frame the question as this then, given you mention you work with Product.
What does the Product Manager do compared to you? What trips me up is that you mention you do a lot of reporting / tracking, which generally falls closer to Program vs Product Manager.
Product Operations is a fair title for this honestly, is that something you're looking for?
