Tips for interview for Accenture Strategy Development Program? Anyone familiar of the starting salary?

I'm deciding between two offers: 1. FDD Associate at A&M (90k base + likely 30-40k annual bonus) 2. Analyst at a small boutique IB with decent deal flow (75k base + likely 50-70k annual bonus)
