Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.
Reasons not to join HCL ??

This is an overwhelming question 😅
If I was a recruiter at a company that needed this much hiring power and in such a short amount of time, I would have built a network already that I could tap into and choose my applicants
Looks like there are no constraints but I would also look at interviewer capacity. If hiring manager is in all the final rounds it's a good amount of work ok n their part .I would look at their existing data if it's available for similar role and reverse engineer from there. e.g
Application/souced/referral:100
recruiter sceeen: 25, 25%
Coding: 20, 90%
On-site: 8 : 40%
Offer : 2 : 25%
Accept:1,50%
So from above example you would need to look at at least 1600 applicant to hire 16 , which means 1 offer accept /week.
It also depends on interview process, offer accept rate etc..if no data is available i would assume 25/30 PTR from coding to offer..
