Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Right answer is 20-25% minimum
30% or more is always a no Brainer
This is considering you’re not severely underpaid - had a friend jump from 55k to 135 at deloitte. This was a great move obviously but I’d say he got what he should’ve been paid. But a 30% increase in 55 would still not be good

I always aim for 15-20%
20% increase in base is bare minimum for changing jobs (unless you really hate your current job then you can compromise this percent)
Went from $125k to $175k when I switched. 40% increase, changed my life. While the money was amazing I made the switch for my career trajectory. Don’t get short sighted with money, play the long game!
