Any REIT ETFs that people like?
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

$2-3.5k depending on how frugal you want to be
$4.5k for 3 b+2bath aprtment, luxury suv, inclusive of insurances, grocery other small expenses! Is that high?
You could pull that off with a Honda Pilot, not a Range Rover.
$3.5K for à nice 1 Bedroom + $100/day for all the rest so more like $6 - 7K
4k plus rent
Moved out from nyc a couple months back, but it was around $2.9k to $3.2k for me (incisive of rent in Hell's Kitchen, grocery, bills, etc.)
I’m currently paying 2k in rent and utilities and then another 1-1.5k for all other stuff. Don’t know if that’s high or not.
