I don’t care if it’s 1 or 2 pages when I hire, but the format should be easy to read, concise, and not repetitive.
That’s a clear structure.
You don’t really need to capture everything you’ve done if your progression was linear in the same offering, as it will be intuitive that you did certain things as a junior if you now supervise those things.
I’ve interviewed over a hundred candidates over the years (I’m client-facing, not with Talent/HR), and care much, much less about the format and # of pages on a resume than how the actual interview itself goes.
I can talk to anybody…just need to get this resume through the right ATS.
It depends on the number of years and variety of your work experience. If you’ve only been working for one company since you graduate and you’re in your 30s I’d say 1-1.5 page would be sufficient.
