What’s interview at senior manager level like? What type of questions and competencies do they focus on?

He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. Does this is the procedure for recruiting in HCL? . If it so, I didn't receive link, so I am rejected?

How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
