Any IDOs you know of or how would you stay informed on airdrops for good projects? Looking at something like Klima that airdropped 100 coins to holders of $1000 NFTs on its launch. Those coins are worth $200,000 now. 200x return in a month. Do you basically need to poke around discords and get lucky?

Ew that's as bad as ours
Ah so you're effectively getting up to a 75% match after all is said is done? That sounds great... Deloitte and Cathy, take notes
25% up to 6%
We also get another plan that matches compensation 100% up to a limit. 3% for associate , 4 senior, 5 manager.
You mean pension P3?
D2, they call it "wealth builder," but essentially, yes.
No. They give us money and we invest exactly same as the 401k match. But it's 100%.
How on earth did you calculate that ?
PwC 3, you're not doing a very good job explaining the wealth builder, bud.
I was going off that associate match for wealth builder. So 3% * 100% + 401k match of 6% * 25% = 4.5 / 6 = 75% up to 6%. But this is also assuming that there is no further contribution required by the employee for wealth builder and that the employee is taking advantage of the full match
Correct me if I'm wrong though. I dont know how your plan works and I did just fail a case interview recently 😂😂
K. Got it. M1 here so I guess 108% match
lol pwc1. Explain. You called it a pension. In no way is it a pension.
Just use the term "of gross" instead of 100%... makes it easier for others to follow.
3% of gross, 4% of gross, etc.
You will be or are a great type A manager ! Nit picky .... wow.
I am a great manager. Kind of schizophrenic on the Type A and B bits though.
D2, it's a defined contribution plan with a profit-sharing component which is fully funded by the firm based on a percentage of your gross pay, dependent on your level within the firm.
I dismissed it as "essentially" a pension earlier because it is our retirement plan offering in lieu of the traditional pensions offered by the other 3 firms in the Big 4. Given what you've got / are used to seeing at Deloitte, it could be complicated to explain via a FB thread.
The match policy is useless
