Anyone went for L1 blanket visa interview in India recently? Experience? Also, it seems L1 blanket is handled only in Chennai but consulate website says only Delhi is open and handling L1 as well not clear if that is only individual or blanket as well. Any insights? TIA

I want to avoid looking back over previous years of experience to come up with answers to pm questions and not being able to recall the details well. What are great types of work/projects to take notes of during your stay at a company to prepare for future interviews down the line?

I've been interviewing with another company for about a month. The whole process has been 3 interviews over a months time. I have been in my current role over 6+ years (as HR mgr) and it's very transactional and not very strategic. The new company wants someone to lead a team from a senior level (HR Director) - what advice do you have for taking the next step in my career? I'm likely going to take the offer if it comes.

Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
