Good question, I actually order crates of wine via WSJ Wine. As a NY resident this is technically a shipment from Laithwaites Wine. Better pricing than the store, and now that I’m home I can actually receive / sign for it. I’ve been a happy customer of theirs for years. Other places online don’t have the same quality of wines and often have ridiculous pricing

Pros. Amazing noise canceling. They just work perfectly with Apple devices.

Amazing sound quality.

Cons sometimes mine fall out my ears. I am still playing with the silicon sizes.

For expert witnesses/lawyers

I’m a former forensic scientist that left the field several years ago. I recently received a subpoena from a case I worked and suggested to DA to have evidence re-worked by the lab or stipulation. If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?

Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! Then if I order something for me he wants half or bites! Sick of it!!!

I just hit my lean fire number but am hesitating to pull the trigger, so was hoping to run it by people smarter than me:

- I have a few rentals that bring in ~$1800/mo cash flow, taxes are negligible, Capex incl.
- My paper assets will bring in ~$1200/mo at 3% draw
- I get free Healthcare at the VA
- No plans on kids
- My expenses haven't topped $30k/yr ever
- I could always reenter the workforce if needed (albeit probably not in consulting)

Please point out the flaws here, what am I missing?
