Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

I think it’d be better to make this move internally- as in get the role you’re interviewing for first then the other one later.
I have applied for about 8 roles at another top 4 and interviewed a few but it wasn’t the right fit for me and/or them.
Generally it’s totally different recruiters even within what appears to be the same team. Never a problem
and/or the current hiring managers regarding this move, out of good faith? and how do I best deliver the message? I had just applied to the second role on the website.
If I get an interview with the second role, if possible, wouldn’t want to burn bridges with those who interviewed me for the first role.
I know ideally I shouldn’t be applying to two roles in the same firm, but I also can’t put my career aspirations and progression on hold (by not applying to the 2nd role) - especially upon the gradual discovery that the first role is not exactly as expected.
