Got a call for specialist leader role in Deloitte. What is the target salary and bonus ranges?
Currently working at a start up and have been there for 5 months. Love the job, love the people, learning a lot, but feel I’m underpaid quite a bit. Have offers for 50% more than my current salary. Is it dumb to not take them?
About to resign...USDC leadership knows that I am underpaid..what to communicate to the core leadership in case they ask the reason ,i dont want to say anything about salary.🤨
Hello fishes, How is the WLB, yearly hike, promotions in NTT data, HR told me that they dont give any bonus. How is the growth for SAP?
How is PTO valued? (Salary / 365) x PTO days? Or, (Salary / 2080) x PTO hours. My question is whether or not to factor in weekends. Deloitte

Does anyone know what the typical salary range for a salesforce security manager looks like. It's hard to find reliable information online
Just started at an agency in NY as a resource associate (entry level) but starting to be unsure about salary band...what’s the industry standard against how many years of experience you have ?
For people who are familiar with work culture in Tokyo, how much embezzlement takes place? I see a good number of Japanese people on Instagram buying Bentleys and such. I'm confused how they can do so while living in a high COL with, on average, lower salaries than in the US. With the scandal at Nissan and how many executives were found to be stealing money from the company, I wonder if this is some unspoken secret about doing business in Tokyo? Unless their comp curve is extremely steep.
Currently make 80K at PwC. Received an offer to go part-time at a different company (30 hours/week) for 72.5K and a 6.5K bonus. No overtime is ever expected and if I hit my contracted hours for the year (1,500 hours) I can either take time off/be compensated for it. Would you take it?
I’m contemplating leaving public accounting and have an offer on the table. For those who have made the jump, how often is a company’s initial compensation package offer their best and final offer? Is it assumed there will be some sort of negotiation?
Don't believe the hype if you hear senior managers selflessly taking pay cuts during lockdown. There's a very good chance they are also taking a bonus too
Compensation discussion: any downside to bringing up the offer I have? Current compensation is $109 w bonus, offer is $125. I want to have the option of staying even if/when they say no.
How much do y’all tip your practice lead? (MD/Partner). I did 12% of pre tax pre bonus salary last year but I heard other people in my office only tipped 5%. What do other 🐠 think?
Dubai is easing travel restrictions in certain instances for inbound travelers from India, South Africa and Nigeria. More information in this article: https://gulfnews.com/uae/government/uae-dubai-eases-travel-restrictions-from-certain-countries-including-india-1.80048102 Hope this could help those needing to travel, potentially for visa appointments of quarantine.
I'm on a contract and I don't want to renew it with my current employer. I like the industry but not the team and would be potentially pursuing a position in the same field and niche. How do I tell my current employer I don't want to renew but still maintain a decent relationship for a reference in the future ?
Anyone else feel like applying for jobs and interviewing takes years off their lives? Maybe it’s just me but I always get so anxious about scheduling and going into the next round
Anyone have the scoop on Microsoft BD manager roles? Is it a glorified sales role? have an interview coming up and not sure what to expect
Coming from tech, $500k TC. What level at MBB pays this much? Feeling the itch to get back on the road again.

I have visa stamp valid until 2022. I am not in USA and planning to get back within a week, Am I allowed to enter ? Wife on stamped h4, is she allowed too ?
Strategy& Deals Strategy. Several questions. How do they compare vs other CDD powerhouses? WLB? Comp at A vs. SA? How many years of A and SA before each promotion? Which are the best practice / vertical in terms of clients, interesting projects, and exit ops? Thank you!
Have a little over an hour in LAX to clear customs and make my connection. Too bad the brain surgeon driving the jet bridge can't figure it out and I'm stuck on my arriving plane. #unitedsucks
So I realized I love every apspect of consulting but the travel ( assuming pre- Covid ) what forms should I look into?
I think the stock market is going to crash any day. Should I have my 401k and index funds moved from high risk to low risk allocations or should I just ride the crash and not time the market?
We had a lockdown drill, and the police came into each classroom. They told our students to fight back and to listen to the teacher’s instructions. I’m not a freakin’ ninja. I’m an English teacher. This is insane.
Got soft locked today to my next project. I wrap up current one tomorrow then am off 2 weeks for pto. I have no desire to get back to the grind and want to turn this down "politely" without burning bridges. Any advice?
Let’s pretend we’re holding companies. I’ll start: No, we can’t hire an extra writer even though you’re clocking 70+ hours a week. BTW, our contract with your client caps billable hours per employee because they know we don’t pay overtime. Here’s a non-billable code you should start using for the rest of the year.
On a client who lacks project planning in advance, causing almost everyday to be an exhausting late night scramble. Eg they don’t even have the Super bowl ad ready yet. Often work weekends too and I’m getting really tired of sacrificing my personal downtime time and time again to compensate for their lack of planning. And I’m only weeks into the job (was burned out in last job too) and I’m already exhausted from the relentless yet completely unnecessary pace. Any tips on how to navigate this?
I have a question for those at Amazon or any other FAANG organization. How does your company view transfers/relocations. For instance, you were brought in for a Sr. Mgr role in SF but want to go to DC. Is there an internal transfer portal or do you need to apply for the job? How is this viewed in the company? Thanks!
Im interested if TAS practices across various firms rely on cross utilized audit staff during non busy season times. Is this successful or not? Any commentary/thoughts are appreciated.
What’s the difference between a program manager and product manager at Amazon? Is comp different?
