I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

The best advice is probably the same as with most other interviews, with some adaptations. Do your research, know a lot about the program, and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the program and whatever draws you to it. Be authentic, and stay calm, rely on deep breathing or whatever else might help with that. And make sure you have some thoughtful questions, not generic questions that you could have looked up online.
My advice would be to draw a path for yourself in the program you're interviewing, e.g. I imagine my two years at X business school to be like this (clubs, activities, electives, etc). If you do that, you will be able to communicate your interest and have genuine questions, because you will have done your research and know specifics.
Also, remain calm, these interviews are just conversations, enjoy them!

Go on clear admit and find the questions you’ll be asked. They’re all in there. No reason not to be prepared.
