When completing a profile registration in a Jobs/Careers portal, under education, most company portals seem to not offer a JD/Juris Doctor option. They tend to have, for example:

Particularly in situations where I’m applying to a role without an internal referral, I’m afraid my application will be filtered out automatically because I seemingly don’t have the basic education qualification of a JD.

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

I think my company that I am GC of is a sinking ship, the issue is I have too much equity in the company to jump. I’m trying to save the ship rather than jump overboard I hope it’s the right decision.

I’m an ERISA consultant for Marsh providing 3(21) and 3(38) services. I am interested in learning the opinion of in house counsel. Is it a priority in 2022 to outsource or mitigate fiduciary liability in light of the excessive fee lawsuits hitting employers? Would a trustee committee for a 401k plan hire a third party cofiduciary to share that risk? Lastly, what additional compensation should the 5500 signor receive when asked to be the trustee for a retirement plan?

When I moved in-house a year ago as a BigLaw mid-level, I took a 45% pay cut, far more than I was comfortable with (although I was fine with a 20-30% cut). I took the job because it was a great role and I was focused on making the jump in house and developing the skills I wanted, which required me moving away from my firm practice area. Now that my year-end review is coming up, how do I ask my company for a significant pay raise (not just a 2-5% inflation-matching raise)?

Has anyone currently in FAANG (or similar large tech companies) moving from a transaction (preferably find formation) background in Big Law? Would love to hear how you switch the gear, how you revise your resume to suit for tech! TIA!!
