When do you usually start if WFH? I usually start at 9, but my manager says I should start at 8

Lost 16-18lbs since WFH. I’m back down to 200lbs now. Hoping to hit ~185 and stay that way! Starting to see my abs again:) and I feel soooo much better.

My husband want to get into PM work in construction (Ideally WFH). Currently he’s doing lighting protection but has been very ambitious and deals a lot with multiple contractors on sites. He should be taking his Journeyman certification test early next year. Any advice for how he can make the shift into the PM world? He’s working to get his CAPM early March 2023 and should have his associates in business be the end of 2023. And advice is appreciated :)

What are your suggestions on accepting a job offer in the following scenario:
The job location is in Japan, Tokyo. Since the borders are closed for Indians, my work location is remote in India for now. Salary is paid as per Indian market.
When the borders are open, I need to relocate to Japan. I haven't been told about the salary that I would get when I relocate. HR here says once borders open and the Japan company's HR will discuss on the salary range suitable for the Japan market.

Hello! I’m looking to switch career paths from financial services and get into NYC real estate/commercial real estate… anyone know of any open entry level positions or have some good advice to break into the industry?

I am applying at Fidelity investment and the applications keep getting rejected. I have applied for at least 10 jobs that i believe are good fit but they keep getting rejected. Is that to do with ATS template resumes or something else? Did anybody else experience this before? How did you mitigate this issue?

I just received a job offer at a company I'm very interested in working for (yay!). Their salary offer, however, is at the bottom end of the range specified in the job ad. In my initial interview, I said that my salary expectations align with the range specified by the ad. So, my question is do I ask for more? Or do I just accept the offer? The company benefits are decent and I would get stock options, and it's fully remote - if that influences your answer.
