Hello fishes, I received offer letter from Mindtree and uploaded the documents on their onboarding portal. But now I have a better offer in hand and hence will not be joining Mindtree. Do I have to worry about thr uploaded documents ? Does document upload confirm thay I will join Mindtree amd hence cannot join any other company?
Please help.

Do what your manager says.
Start responding to emails at 8. Sit down to do actual work at 9.
My client is EST, I live in CA. I start at 5 am
What time would you start if you were in the office or at the client? That is usually the default in my experience. Sometimes I start earlier since I don't have to get ready, but that isn't expected
I feel flexibility is a lie especially when you are at the bottom of the food chain
Wooooof. I feel for you A4.
We have it good bcg1
I don't really care when you start. Get your work done, be available for scheduled calls/meetings, and respond when I IM or call you. I don't understand the obsession some managers have with hours.
I start at 9 at home. Keep in mind I'm sure you don't take many breaks throughout the day, no hour lunch, and work later
Depends on when the client expects you to be working. Or when the manager expects you to be working.
So yes, 8. If you really want to negotiate, ask if you can do 9. If s/he still says no, that's what you follow
Start at 8 but end one hour earlier than usual
Are you kidding me?!? I would kill to start working at 8am.
What time are you expected to work A4?! Are you on west coast? Most of my cases have been 8:30/9. And 9:30 even on some cases where we were working from BCG office.
I start most days between 6 and 7 regardless of WFH or client site (not counting travel Mondays...those start at 4) and work till usually till 7 or 8pm. Later when WFH.
