I left RSM in November 2021 and reached my 4 year mark in October 2021. Will I be fully vested in my 401(k) match? If so, when should we expect to match to show on fidelity?

So my offer letter says I have return back the signing amount if I leave within a year. How does the math work-full rerun of 20k or post-tax deduction the any that I received ?

While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ? After todays announcement of a fed rate hike of 75 bps, Mortgage rates over the next couple of months will likely remain within 0.25% to 0.50% of todays range. Unless the fed throws a curve ball in their remaining meetings, the remainder of rate hikes have already been baked into mortgage rates currently being offered.

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
