I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

I work in US Tax and had an experience of 3 year. Had got an offer of 14Lpa in another big4,but still don't feel like continuing in US Tax. As taxation is something I do feel like I don't want to make a career anymore, because of work life balance & also as it specialised. Please suggest other option worthy to make a career shift. You guidance will be extremely helpful. My highest qualification is M.com.

I would wait until you have an offer. A good supervisor would be able to tell if you’re unhappy and looking for other jobs.
If there’s anything your supervisor can control that would make you stay, bring it up as an opportunity to enhance your career. If you say you’re looking, it sounds a bit threatening. Best not to go there without an offer in hand.
After. After. After. It feels so yucky to be lying to someone you respect, but doing so before you have an offer may affect your next position. Your supervisor will understand because he/she has been there before.
Depends on how close you are. If you confide in your sup often, tell him/her that you’re unhappy and have been for a while. They’ll know what you mean without you having to outright say it.
If you like him/her but don’t have that relationship, then don’t say anything
don't say anything until you have an offer.
When you have a signed offer. Never ever before. Sounds like you don’t really want to leave
Not a single peep until you have an offer (or two!!) in hand
Don't say a word. What is there is a sudden layoff? It's easier to get rid of someone when they have a foot out the door.
