You’re not alone, I think you’ll get a mix of responses but should definitely go to coffee shops if that is your vibe. You’ll feel comfortable and can offer to buy their coffee or a snack. Tho you should definitely come prepared with some conversation topics, compliments, and confidence. For me, I’m not much of a small talk gal, but if a handsome man comes with it I’ll chat and see where it goes

Try meeting us where we are. Grocery stores, coffee shops, book shops, etc.
The indie bookstore crawl would have been a great time to meet women. When I went in April, the only men I saw were either gay or significant others who were dragged along to carry books.
If you aren't already doing it, pick up a hobby and get out and meet people. By me volleyball, pickleball and corn hole are popular activities. So there's plenty of coed rec leagues for people to join so that you can meet people.

Coffee shop, book store, happy hour (way different vibe than nighttime bars, IMO). I met a guy at an NBA game a couple months ago, so if you’re into sports, try going to sporting events or even watch parties near you. Bottom line: do the things you like doing and things you would want to do with your future partner
