KPMG
The big 4 has no easy firm to get into. They’re all equally difficult. Deloitte is notorious for their interview process and selectivity, though, so maybe thats the answer you are looking for. KPMG has been known to be less selective (known by various employees on this app and word of mouth)

KPMG. No case, pure talk.
KPMG internal materials actually say “No Case interview style questions”. Apparently it makes us biased in our hiring practices.

Probably KPMG, but they are all relatively difficult to get into (ignore people making fun of big 4 and ACN on this app).
But if you have solid consulting experience should definitely be able to get into one of them, even if it takes a few attempts.
I interviewed at all of them except for EY, they were more or less the same honestly. I got an offer from all three.
They are all about the same. They benchmark against each other constantly in every facet. But kpmg at least doesn’t do recorded video interview which I absolute loathe, and generally don’t do case, so maybe that?

Didn’t even get to the recruiter screener applying to KPMG from Deloitte
None
All 4..It’s consulting.. how hard it could be ? Those who can do it , those who can’t do consulting 😝
It’s all the same, I’ve interviewed with 3 and ACN, but not Deloitte. I didn’t find the interview process to be much different across them as an experienced hire. If I had to rank them based on difficulty (difficult to least difficult): EY, ACN, KPMG, PwC
But every group is different, so your experience may vary.

Is B4 actually that selective? People on this app make it sound like it’s a cakewalk relative to T2 and MBB. Personally, didn’t find it that hard to crack Deloitte but I did come from a target campus

One thing I've learned from applying to many places - from no name state schools to prestige stuff like FAANG/PE/VC - is that for every option you'll have plenty of people drinking the Kool-aid rationalizing how hard it is to get into something and plenty of disgruntled people or competitors rationalizing how easy it is to get into that something.
This is when you stop worrying about how hard it is to get in and more about 1) are you impressed by your peers, 2) are you impressed by the work you do, and 3) are the pay/exits and other perks good enough.
Ey and kpmg interviews are way easier than d and pwc
