It all depends on how much more of each. If there isn't a significant difference one way or the other, I think it'd most likely just end up being a wash - I'm not really making any more money if the added pay just goes right back to paying for my own benefits out of pocket.
That's a tough question cause it kind of depends on which benefits I'm losing. I'm not planning on having kids so I wouldn't mind trading out paternity leave benefits, but losing the insurance might end up being a net negative. I guess in general I'd tend to prefer having more money though.
I would always take more money and less benefits. That being said, I'm pretty sure the right answer is take more benefits and less money. I'd still take more money and less benefits.
More pay for sure. Unless benefits that I expect to utilize outweigh the monetary difference.
