Currently I’m looking for an opportunity with Big 3 firms.

Presently working with a Big4 firm.
Yoe : 5 years (before MBA)
Qualification : BE, MBA (tier 1)

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?

Hey guys. I recently graduated with a bach in business, a graphic design bach, and an MBA this past May. I thought this would help make me look like a stand out on job applications along w/ my international internship but I can’t get an interview for an entry level job at big companies like Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, or Leo Burnett. Should I take my MBA off my resume?? What am I missing??

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? First time visiting this city so it’d be great to take in some sights too (although that’s not a priority of course).

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Do we got some good offers or its another certificate just to add to CV after so much of investment & time I don't want to get this wasted !!
