Yeah, no weights or anything so it’s long power walks, the stairs in my building and some body weight stuff. I miss the gym 😭

Lately, I’ve been having super itchy skin on my legs, in particular on my thighs. I tend to moisturize every day, so it can hardly be due to dry skin. Curious if this happens to anyone else - I workout regularly (mix of cardio and strength training) and eat healthy 90% of times. I make sure to eat veggies and protein in almost every meal, alongside some carbs. In general, I’m a big foodie and do love food. But I am CONSTANTLY hungry. No matter how satiated I feel after a meal, I’m hungry again in an hour. Not sure if this is psychological more than physical, but I’m trying to lose weight and this is making it so tough!
