Hi, I have 6 years of experience as a developer and have offers from, Harman Connected Services(WebAPI Developer - 20 LPA), bank of america(Senior Developer II - 20 LPA), Siemens(Desktop developer-20LPA), NSR Information System(Senior Software Engineer -20LPA), Tech M, Cognizant, Kellton Tech, FIS Global, Mind tree. Packages are in the range 20+. Which company should I join for good projects and good wlb?

Planning on leaving after this busy season. Finding it hard to have motivation, while also having to work more hours than ever before. Advice?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo.
