I recently interviewed at a fast growing pre-IPO company for a Strategic PM role and I was sold that the comp should be around $180-200k plus RSU which should be about $300k annualized TC if all goes well. Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise.
