Why are there blanks on the PWC salary grid?

Does jp Morgan provides headset too
Hi Applied to PwC Strategy& for a consultant role and havent heard back from a recuiter however, I received an email for a survey asking what am I looking for in the company in terms of their culture, values etc and what other companies I have applied to. Is this a typical process? Not sure if thats the step 1 in the process or I have been rejected. Any feed back is appreciated. I am graduating from Ohio State with an MBA and have 8 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.

Dang, I make more than a director!
Because PwC doesn’t publish its salary grid on google docs?
@OP, this document isn’t meant to be shared outside of PwC’s bowl. This is a violation of confidentiality. Could you please take down the link?
Found PwC’s HR
Can you scroll down a bit, Joe?

Because this is a crowdsourced Google sheets on FB and PwC employees didn’t bother to fill it. If you are looking for a particular cohort, let me know along with the city. I can tell you what it is.
A2, Advisory SAP, Tier 3, please!

All this show me is that I make more at EY as a manager than a PwC Director
Did EY switch to unlimited PTO?

Lol at P5. It’s not a violation of policy - what confidentiality clause is there that isn’t already violated by the existence and sharing of this document, even within the PwC bowl?
Get off your high hypocritical horse. You’re not the police here.

Also, sharing salary info is legal if it’s your own. If it’s an hr person sharing it that’s one thing but If this is all self reporting, it’s very much allowed.

Someone from Pwc gave it to me so...
Time to get sheets for D, EY and KPMG too. Even ranges is fine. If HRs have it for leverage, so should we
Where are the other B4 comp sheets? 🐟s, we’ve been bamboozled for far too long.
If you think the other B4 HR do not have this information in some form and have not been using it to take competitive candidates away from PwC you are pretty naive.
We end up losing our top tier people and the only ones we hire in are average/mediocre ones the others do not want...which I guess is our leadership’s strategy.

Also up or out. Not a lot of people sitting around at one level for 3+ years
What do the 2H and 1H represent in the tabs?
They don’t make much.
My friend’s boyfriend works at Deloitte and I know at least for analysts ACN pays more 🤷🏻♀️
How did you find this info?
Chief
Its self reported
Ok wait but it’s chicago tier 1 or 2?
Chicago is tier 2
Is there one of these for EY?
What do the letters in each column represent?
Chief
SA2 - You got to love consultants, making up $hit on the fly 😂.
SA1 - These letters represent steps within each cohort. For example, people move from SA1A to SA2A to SA3A, so on so forth. In some cases they can move from SA1A to SA1B if they are not performing at a second year Senior level and they need to spend another year at the same level. They still get a small bump in the salary by moving from SA1A to SA1B. You will see more letters at SA3 level and M2 level because some people spend few extra years before they get promoted from SA to M or M to SM. Also we use these horizontal cohort steps to attract new experienced hires by offering some extra money without having to give them next level title.
