I got my degree in Graphic Design this January, and I’m currently a PR intern in an advertising agency. What salary should I expect for an Assistant Account Executive role?

I’m a data warehouse consultant with about 5 years experience. What is reasonable compensation for this role in a city with mid-high cost of living?

Anyone have experience working in sales for a startup? What are things to consider? Got a recruiter contacting me about an open position very similar to what I do now, at a startup.

TCS- 20LPA ( 15.8 Fixed+ 80k retention bonus after each successful year of completion+ 3.4 L monthly and quarter variable pay)

Which one to join considering-

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date).
