I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.

There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Human CEO has already given answer to this multiple times. That sometimes company has to choose between profit margin and employee well being. They can not cut down maternity leave because of gov laws but paternity leave is something they find is okay to sacrifice for profit margins.
In other words, they don't care about your kid and you are welcome to take a leave with salary cut. Obviously I am being more direct and blunt here but the same message has been conveyed in polisher words multiple times via yammer/viva engage and other mediums. >3 times in past 10+ years.
Also don't forget this company gives 250 rs for cheerboard and deducts gratuity from CTC, what else do you expect?
HR's KPI isn't employee happiness. It's employee happiness within the margin guidance.

What do you mean? Persistent has 1 or 2 weeks Paternity leaves as per information available on the web
In persistent 5 days working paid leaves as a paternity leave provide to eligible father.
