Holy shit Vancouver is a bomb city
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!

I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Absolutely. No questions asked, no other variables to consider, fired flat out
You're a goner pal
No. There are a surplus of new hires that need to be worked into the rotation. End of summer slump (PTO) is ending and all new people will be given a chance as projects come up. If you can't find work after you've had a project or two then you can worry

There's usually a one year period after starting. After that, a 2 month bench period would probably be a warning
Why don't you start asking KPMG MD/P for guidance on that. There are a variety of circumstances they look at before simply firing ppl.
No- unless it's something you did to get benched like told off a client.
3.5 months in , doing great without charging anything . Involved in other stuff though
No, I think they will give it longer than that.
