Working for a Fintech company vs. working at a creative agency. Pay and title is similar with agency giving a slightly less salary but fully remote whereas the Fintech is remote for now but may be hybrid later. What would be better for my career. I am in my late 30's and I do have kids.

My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. Precovid living with two roommates. One roommate has been living at the apt since lockdown. Had to travel this weekend. A few observations. the plane was least the nerve wracking part of the entire experience. Everyone wearing masks. Middle seats open [SWA]. Plane was spotless.
