Get tested for sleep apnea if you never feel rested
I would recommend getting blood work done just to make sure there aren’t any deficiencies that could be causing tiredness. I found out I was anemic leading to fatigue. Otherwise, I also naturally need a lot of sleep. I definitely sleep 12+ hours / day on weekends when I can!
Do you think it might be low grade depression?
Ditch caffeine for a while. Sounds like you’re too used to/depend on it
How’s your diet? Exercise regularly in the morning?
I second ATK1. My first thought reading this post is that you sound anemic. Do you bruise easily too? If so it's most def low iron. Start taking a daily iron pill. In 3 weeks you should start to feel better. (Low iron is not a quick thing to fix. So I would start taking a daily iron supplement now and schedule a doctors appointment for blood work. That way you might be able to start feeling better before the appointment)
I had my annual physical last week..and nothing there..everything is perfect.
I saw an ENT for a deviated septum. I was told it was fine and I was also told that it did not seem to be a case of sleep apnea.
Depression..hmm..I wonder..
I second M1. Get tested for sleep apnea. Your breathing could stop in the middle of the night and you'd never know it, leaving you constantly tired
OP - to properly diagnose sleep apnea you need a sleep study, I was misdiagnosed for years with depression
Same. Sleep 10+ hrs night, and so tired by afternoon
Most people are low in vitamin D I think this also causes fatigue
