SO moved in, however they aren’t as organized (an example is closet, my clothes are neatly folded and kept while theirs are mostly a pile of rolled up clothes). It does upset me and for some reason comes across as lazy which it may or may not be. We have had one minor chat and they saw it as ‘house rules’ and were worried there may be too many rules.

I have a brokerage account with 7k in it, split 70% VOO 30% SCHF. I now have an additional 11k I can add - how should I allocate it? Should I move towards an 80/20 split just in current funds or add things like a growth (VGT) or high dividend ETF (VYM). My fiancé and I (ages 30 and 31) are about to buy a house. We would put down 10% for a 835k purchase price. Our combined income is $265k. I have $200K in betterment for automated investing (eg 90% stock 10% bond) and use Personal Capital to track all my accounts. Recently personal capital approached me to use their advisory service to manage the investment - the fee is 0.89% vs. 0.25% at betterment. They don’t seem to have a better strategy except “we have a live person managing your investment”. Anyone have experience? Shall I consider it? (I don’t have time /energy to manage it)
