Toronto ad fish 🤠 I’ve spent most of my career working as a copywriter in London (6 years here, 2 years Toronto) and the market is pretty different here. I’m planning on moving back home but wondered….how do you find work in Toronto? Agencies barely post openings, is the recruiter scene strong? Is it mostly who you know?

Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

I've gotten advice on how to deal with nerves before an interview. I believe that will really make a difference from here on out.
Pro
Keep rehearsing until it's time for the interview in order to help limit the nerves. Also slow down when answering questions.
Glassdoor is amazing for actual people who are experiencing the same difficulties in life wether your a white collar worker or blue collar. A person can post something and you'll actually get a genuine response unlike some other app sites. There's more to finding a job here it's finding out you are not alone in this fight to find a career. Not once have I been asked to pay anyone for any advice on Glassdoor. Those of you using your real name, change it. Employers will troll you watch what your saying and make your all your social media private because they'll search everything you post on Instagram X bookface. Google your name Go to as many sites as you can especially Experian TransUnion and Equifax and opt out also click on don't sell your data and privacy. A solid week I went to site after site clearing my background because I'm poor and couldn't pay legal services to wipe it out for me. Never apply for a job on these sites!!!! Go directly to a direct website. Scam are everywhere.
